Only a couple more days in Sydney, so back to cooking, did a ragu for bolognase last week, another one for lasagne tonight, part of the reason is Ciara will freeze the remaining ragu and have when she wants a reminder of home, so a couple in the freezer from last week and another one or two sauces from tonight.
I used to find bechamel or any Roux type sauce nearly impossible, but now have no problem, so that's good. The missus is still way better at assembling a lasagne, so outsourced that. Probably with a bit of salad and garlic bread, I will try and skip the bread, love garlic, but way over my regular bread intake and feel it.
