Dinner last night
Out last night, went to the training restaurant William Blue Dining (http://www.williamblue.edu.au/about-william-blue/william-blue-dining) last night. I have to say my experience with training restaurants, usually the Finca de Suzanna chain in Spain is generally great (maybe more about these next time I'm in Madrid), this was exceptional. Oysters, trout pastrami and mulloway fillet, plus plenty of the girls' steak and chips, as they were stuffed. They enjoyed sharing the pannacotta as well, wine was a lovely Hunter Valley Shiraz and the damage was about A$120 for 3 people, unbelievable value for Sydney, then off to Opera House
