Difference between frequent and regular

We regularly go to an Indian in Sydney (http://www.mayadhaba.com.au/), by regularly I mean once every two years, i.e. every time we are in Sydney.  First time was just by chance looking for a nice looking Indian that did BYO near to where the kids were living, now it has become a place on our list and the kids go sometimes in between our visits.  Starters were a bit huge, roti was nice but it was very similar to the naan, other than brown flour.  I think I had goat masala 2 years ago, lamb vindaloo this time, v hot, everyone happy and stuffed.  Kids back to work today, we are going for another tradition walk from Bondi to Coogee
