Back home

So after long flights, just a Ragu (from freezer) and bucatoni last night, jamon with salad for lunch and grilled pork chops with ratatouille tonight.  Had to run to shops for courgette and peppers for ratatouille, but have some left over to freeze.

The reason I started this when I was away, is I knew there would be a lot of cooking and eating out, now I'm back home, it will be mostly cooking, but I will be able (hopefully) to talk about other stuff.

On a cooking front this week will be dull, too much housework etc to catch up on and we are both tired, I've some curry, chilli, ragu, suppli and risotto in freezer, guess it will be mostly that...
